Rowing for 12 hours a day is hungry work and the team will be using 6,000 to 8,000 calories a day – and still expect to lose a couple of stones in weight!

Feeding Lin and Rachel costs £75 for a regular day and £100 for special days (birthdays, Christmas and New Year). Receive updates from the rowers, have your name in the boat and you get to provide a motivational phrase or saying to be read out onboard on your nominated day.
